Orig Equip are a team of dedicated automotive trimmers. We have a range of interior trim outs for vans that significantly increase the quality of the interior, the insulation of the vehicle and contribute to a great reduction in road noise in the cabin.

All carpets used by Orig Equip are extremely hard wearing.

Full Internal Trim Outs

Our range of floor carpets, wall carpets, velour sides and velour hoodlinings make a huge difference to the look of a van. We only use hard wearing carpets, and we back them with foam underlay to even out the undulations in the floor as well as to reduce road noise.

Floor Carpets

Our carpet floor mats for both the front cabin and rear cargo area come fully bound around the edges. Aluminium step edges are standard features on all of our carpet mats. Foam underlay also reduces road noise greatly.

Side Wall Carpets

Complementing either a floor carpet or a rubber mat. Carpet walls remove the "commercial look" of a van as well as contributing to a huge reduction in road noise.

Carpet walls protect the walls of your van from the everyday scrapes and scratches, as well as improving the look at the same time.

Velour Around Windows - ( The Finishing Touch )

When we trim a van with a full velour hoodlining as well as carpet walls and a floor covering, the steel around the window section of the van stands out as a large "unfinished section" of the van. To bridge the gap and create a uniform finished look across the entire van, we trim in around the window area of the van.

Using plyable velour backed with a thin foam covering, we are able to create an extremely neat contrast between the darker carpet sections and the lighter hoodlining area of the roof.

Hoodlinings

Our full length, velour hanging hoodlinings are one of signature products. We take the time to produce high tensile steel bows to suspend the hoodlining from so as to prevent it from ever sagging.

Evenly spaced sections join to create a neat and clean looking hoodlining from windscreen to tailgate. Fully backed with thick insulation, Orig Equip hoodlinings protect the van from the heat of the sun that emanates into the van from the steel roof.

Fitted Rubber Mats

One of our most popular products is rubber matting for the rear floor area of vans. Inexpensive and quick to fit, rubber mats preserve the floor of your van from the general wear and tear of work. If you want to sell your van in the future, you will still have a near new looking floor to add value to your van.

We offer 3 levels of rubber matting for vans.

Throw in rubber mats
Inexpensive, our throw in rubber matting is extremely tough. Cut to shape, these mats are simply rolled out into the back of your van to provide good protection against the damage that can be expected in the normal life of a work van.

Throw in rubber mats with an edge strip
Identical to the throw in mat, but with an additional aluminium curved step adage fitted around the top edge of the sliding door step. This prevents the mat from rolling up or catching on anything being slid into the van when loading. It also looks very neat, and provides a finished look to the rubber mat.

Fitted Rubber mats
Our most popular mat by far. This tough and durable mat is made from high quality rubber and is fitted with both the cargo area and the bottom step included. Both step edges are finished with the aluminium curved step edge to prevent the mat from rolling up or catching on items being loaded into the van. The rear step edge cover is also fitted over the mat to prevent rolling up of the mat at the rear tailgate.

This is mat is also fitted underneath all of the tie down points in the floor of the van. All told, this mat looks great as well as being functional and tough, and always proves a favourite.

Plywood Flooring and MDF Paneling

For maximum protection of the inside of your van, plywood flooring, MDF paneling and side walls are second to none. When you know that your van is going to work hard for you, and damage is a distinct possibility for the internals of your van, plywood protection can save you thousands when you trade up into your next van.
